摘 要：社區管理與服務是是關注民生的重大問題。本文著力分析了北京市社區管理與服務領域現存的業務體系及信息化工作存在的問題。在此基礎上提出了北京市社區管理與服務業務信息化的頂層框架結構，并進一步分析了該領域信息化的發展趨勢及改革措施。研究工作為該領域信息化建設及安全工作提供了基礎支撐。

Abstract: Community management and service is a very important issue which influences people’s livelihood. The paper analyzes the existing problems of operation system and information works in Community management and service area. On this basis, it raises the top framework structure of Community management and service information business, and further analyzes the information development trend and reform measures in this area. Provides basic support for the research work in this field and safety information construction.
