摘要:在企業中,報表集中展示了企業發展各方面信息,為企業決策提供重要參考。傳統報表生成工具功能復雜,需要專業業務人員才能使用,與企業整個信息系統集成不足,為此企業需要耗費人力物力進行二次開發。本文依據報表生成在企業辦公中的流程性特點,提出一種基于工作流的面向報表生成流程的web構件框架。在該框架內可以通過配置Web構件,無需編碼即能進行快速開發報表,降低了報表開發難度,提高了報表生成效率,開發的報表系統易于維護。最后,實現了一個基于該Web構件框架的年報系統,驗證了框架的可行性。

Web component framework for report workflow

Abstract:In enterprises, reports reflect the status of enterprise operation, providing important guides for business decision. However, traditional report tools are sophisticated and can only be used by professional business personnel. In addition, these tools are not compatible with information system of enterprise, so it takes much time and money to develop report system based on them. In this paper, we propose a Web component framework for report workflow which takes the advantage of flow feature of report generation. We can rapidly develop a report by configuring Web component instead of programming. It brings difficulty reducing and efficiency increasing in report development. Also, the report system developed by this framework is easily maintenance. At last, we implement an annual report system which proving the feasibility of it.
