Abstract. The modern maritime education needs to develop all kinds of simulator software. Marine MF/HF radio simulator is one of them. How to rapid development of such software engineering standardization projects? In this paper, using software engineering principle, Use all kinds software engineering diagrams, described the needs analysis, functional design, programming, system testing throughout the development process. Given a solution of MF/HF simulator project. It is a good reference to rapid development of the marine simulator.
