摘要：為適應民航運輸業的快速發展，美國、歐洲等航空強國在多年之前就已開始著手構建下一代空中交通管理概念。美國NextGEN和歐洲SESAR就是其各自提出的下一代ATM發展規劃。民航數據交換模型WXXM（Weather information exchange model）[1]正是產生于這樣一個大的背景下。本文僅介紹民航氣象數據模型WXXM的相關內容，并初步探討構建我國民航氣象數據模型的一些思考。

Abstract：In order to adapt to the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry, the United States, Europe and some other countries had begun to build the next generation air traffic management concepts many years before. NextGEN of the United States, SESAR of Europe are the new generation ATM Development Planning of them. WXXM (Weather Information Exchange Model) is produced in such a large background. This paper only described the related content of WXXM briefly, and discussed some thoughts of the construction of the civil aviation meteorological data model.
