摘要:車牌識別系統作為智能交通管理系統(ITS)中不可缺少的重要組成部分已得到廣泛應用。目前的車牌識別算法正在逐步趨于成熟但還是有很多地方有待改進;谲嚺谱R別的原理,本文在車牌圖像預處理以及模式識別兩個關鍵部分提出了一些新的算法,加入了傾斜校正的處理過程,不僅降低了車牌圖像的質量要求,而且提高了識別精度。在改進算法的基礎上,利用OpenCV結合MFC進行了該算法的軟件實現,并利用該軟件處理了一系列的車牌圖片取得了不錯的識別結果。

Abstract:License plate recognition system has been widely usedas intelligent traffic system (ITS) the indispensable important constituent part.The license plate recognition algorithm is mature but there are still many places needs to be improved.Based on the principle of license plate recognition, this paperputs forward some new algorithm in the license plate image preprocessing and pattern recognition, includingthe tilt correction processing.Not only reduce the license plate image quality requirements, improve the recognition accuracy, but also improve the recognition accuracy. On the basis of improved algorithm, this paper, by using OpenCV and MFC to complete the algorithm, and using this software to process a series of license plate images has made great identification results.
