摘要：GSM短信功能的行業應用越來越廣泛，它具有快捷、經濟、針對性強、可移動等優點。文中介紹了GSM短信投票系統的設計思想、實現方案，并進行了測試演示。該系統很好的維護了競賽的公平公正性，激發了學生的參與熱情，提高了競賽活動的組織效率和工作效率。

A Design and Implementation of Voting system Based on GSM SMS function

Abstract： The message service of GSM is applied more and more widely. It has many advantage, such as  quick, economy, strong pertinence, movable etc. This paper introduces the GSM SMS voting system design, implementation, and test demo. The  system ensures the fair and just competition, and stimulate students' enthusiasm of participation, improve the competition the organization efficiency and the work efficiency.
