摘　要：計算機網絡是醫院信息系統的傳輸平臺，它設計的好壞直接關系到醫院信息系統的運行效率。隨著一些大型醫院的信息系統由管理信息系統階段向臨床信息系統階段發展，對網絡的要求也越來越高。本文從系統需求、網絡設計、系統安全這些方面探討在新的發展趨勢下大型醫院信息系統的網絡建設問題。

ABSTRACT: The computer network is the transmission platform of hospitals’ information system, and its design quality is directly related to the hospital information system’s operating efficiency. Along with the shift of some large-scale hospitals’ information system from the management information system to the clinical information system, the requirement to the network is also getting higher and higher. From the aspects of the system requirements, the network design, and the system safety , this article discusses the network construction of the large hospitals’ information system in the new trend of development.
