摘要:針對目前HFC網絡前端控制器存在的系統設計缺陷及兼容性的問題,提出HFC網絡前端控制器的嵌入式開發方案,重點描述了基于網絡驅動接口規范(NDIS-Network Driver Interface Specification)的前端控制器網關功能實現。通過NDIS提供給Windows CE的開發接口,前端控制器完成了對網絡數據包的捕獲及分析,實現了IP網絡和HFC網絡的網關功能。測試結果驗證了前端控制器網關的功能及性能的可靠性,也驗證了基于NDIS的數據包捕獲的開發方式的可靠性。

Development of Headend Element in HFC Network

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of system design defects and compatibility on the current headend element of HFC network, an embedded solution of headend element of HFC network was presented, in which the implement of gateway function based on NDIS (Network Driver Interface Specification) is emphasized. By using the NDISUIO to capture and analysis the network packets, the headend element accomplished a gateway interface of IP network and HFC network. Furthermore, the testing result verifies the reliability of headend element and of method of using NDIS to capture network packets.
