The application of DHCP syslog sampling and analysis in a enterprise intranet

Abstract  In the enterprise network, a application of DHCP is absolutely necessarily,most enterprises have a consummate mechanism for the allocation and management of IP address,but there is not such a tool or method to count and analyse the status of allocating and using IP address . This paper will expound commonly DHCP and syslog,discuss the role which self-compiled syslog collection and analysis programme played in the enterprise network.
