摘要：本文提出了電力通信網光纜資源管理系統的建設目標，分析了系統的總體結構。系統支持C/S和B/S兩種訪問模式。論文詳細介紹了該系統的功能模塊構成，研究了系統開發的關鍵技術，包括GIS在系統中的應用。系統設計引入組件開發技術，充分考慮GIS開發平臺的多樣性，支持多種GIS開發工具，具有良好的開放性和可擴充性。

A GIS-BASED RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR POWER SYSTEM OPTICAL FIBER COMMUNICATION NETWORK

Abstract: The building target of the resource management system of power system optical fiber communication network is given in this paper, and the infrastructure of the system is analyzed. C/S and B/S mode are supported. The function structure of the system are introducted, and the key technology in the system development, including GIS.The Component technology is used in system design, the variety of GIS is considered.

作者簡介
馬遠東（1977－），女，山東菏澤人，碩士，工程師，主要從事電力通信網絡管理方向的研究工作。先后參與西北電網、江蘇省電力公司、河南省電力公司、湖北省電力公司等多個電力通信綜合網管項目的研發及實施工作。
