摘 要:根據應急通信的現狀及特點,提出了利用3G網絡構建應急通信系統,對可行性進行了分析,并重點介紹了系統的整體架構和各部分硬件組成,實現了在應急通信中的現場圖像采集、3G無線傳輸、實時視頻監控、人員車輛定位及雙向數據傳輸等功能。本系統機動性能好、抗干擾能力強、傳輸質量高,可作為現有應急通信系統的有效補充,提高應急通信的保障能力。

Design of Emergency Communication System Based on 3G Network

Abstract: According to the status and features of emergency communications,an emergency communication system based on 3G network was proposed.The paper analyzed the feasibility , mainly introduced the system's overall structure and the hardware of each part, and achieved the function of field image acquisition,3G wireless transmission ,real-time video surveillance, personnel vehicle location in emergency communication ,as well as two-way data transmission and so on.This system has good mobility, strong anti-jamming capability, and high transmission quality , so as to be used as an the effective supplement of existing emergency communications systems to improve emergency communications support capabilities.
