摘要：會話初始協議（SIP）是下一代網絡重要的應用層協議，它基于文本，具有簡單靈活、易于擴展的優點。本文闡述了SIP協議中擴展的方法REFER，并詳細地分析了利用REFER方法和NOTIFY消息機制實現IP網路中的點擊撥號業務。

Abstract: Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is an important application layer protocol for NGN, which is based on the text, Characterized by the advantages of simplicity, flexibility and easy extensibility. This paper describes REFER as a new method of SIP, detailedly analyzing the use of REFER method and NOTIFY message mechanism to implement the click-to- dial business in IP network.
