【摘要】在食品安全追溯系統中，追溯信息在供應鏈傳遞過程中容易受到破壞和篡改，導致信息鏈斷裂、不可信。本文基于原有的追溯碼，提出了雙鏈追溯的解決方案，并舉例說明了方案的實現方法。

Study of how to trace the food quality and security information by double-chain technology

Abstract: In the transmission of supply chain, the food quality and security information abstracted by food security traceability system is vulnerable to damage and fudge. It makes the traceability information chain broken and not credible. This paper discusses how to trace the food quality and security information by double-chain technology.
