摘要：隨著光傳輸技術、計算機技術的迅猛發展，通訊技術正經歷著日新月異的變化，這給電力通信網的建設提供了新的機遇。本文主要探討電力系統通信網的作用、特點，重點探討它的發展動向和發展策略，以不斷提高電力系統通信的質量和水平，為電力的發展和國民經濟的發展更好地服務。

[Abstract]  Owing to the rapid development of modern optical transmission technology and computer techniques,communication technology is also undergoing rapid changes,and this offered a good opportunity for the construction of the power system communication network.This paper introduces the function and the feature of the power system communication network,and paid more attention to the trends and strategy of its development.All this is to constantly improve the quality and level of power system communication and give service to the electric power development and national economic development .
