摘  要：隨著電力通信網在智能電網安全穩定運行中發揮的作用越來越重要，人們對電力通信網的安全可靠性也日益關注。本文從設備、網絡、人員、管理制度等方面深刻分析了當前影響電力通信網安全可靠性的主要因素，并詳細闡述了提高電力通信網安全可靠性的方法措施及安全策略。
