摘要：本文闡述了中國網絡隱私保護概況。首先，梳理了中國典型的網絡用戶隱私泄露案例，特別詳細地介紹了2011年12月發生的“泄密門”事件，并解釋了事件發生的原因。其次，描述了“泄密門”發生后中國政府與中國產業界給出了積極的響應。然后，列舉了中國與用戶隱私相關的法律法規。再次，針對隱私信息泄露，梳理所面臨的各種安全威脅。最后，總結了中國現有隱私安全相關的安全產品，并針對如何保護用戶隱私，從中國產業界各成員角度給出安全建議。

A  Survey on China Web Privacy Protection

Abstract：This paper introduces an overview of Chinese web privacy protection. Firstly, it shows Chinese typical internet users’ personal information leak cases, especially focusing on what happened in December 2011, explaining why this case occurs. Secondly, it presents positive responses from both Chinese government and Chinese Internet industry. And then, it lists Chinese privacy protection related law and regulation. What is more, this paper makes an analysis on privacy information leakage threats and summarizes Chinese current privacy security products on security market. After that, it provides suggestions for resolving the problem of web users’ personal information leak.
