摘 要：為提高快遞行業的工作效率和客戶滿意度，本文將無線物聯網技術應用在快遞貨物管理系統中以增強系統的實時性。具體使用了RFID射頻、無線傳感器網絡和GPRS網絡實現快遞貨物信息的獲取和傳送，系統使用電話短信自動通知用戶貨物信息，并為用戶提供貨物查詢服務。最后討論了信息實時感知、信號屏蔽和無線網絡不穩定問題的解決方法。

A Method of Wireless Internet of Things technology applied in Real-time Management System of Express Consignment

Abstract: In order to raise the express work efficiency and improve customer satisfaction, the Wireless Internet of things technology is applied in real-time management system of express consignment. The RFID, wireless sensor network and GPRS network are used to detect and transfer the information of express consignment. The system give customer automatic notice to take express by sending short message and render a information inquiry service to them. Finally problems of real-time detection of information, signal shielding and wireless communications network instability are analyzed as well as its possible solutions are discussed.
