摘要:風能是最近幾年備受關注的新型能源,特別是最近幾年人們對能源的依賴越來越大,而能源也越來越緊張,傳統的能源已經不能滿足人類的需求。風力發電開始逐漸受到人們的關注。為了保證風電機組的正常運行,保證人們的正常用電不受影響,使商家的經濟利益不受損失,所以這時候對電機的故障檢測就顯得十分重要。
本文主要設計的是對電機的過熱保護,電機過熱對風力機組的影響是十分嚴重的。它會破壞電機的絕緣層,使絕緣層起火導致電機發生火災,甚至是漏電等后果。風電機組的過熱保護的核心是單片機。然后其他重要的幾個部件就是繼電器和溫度傳感器。當溫度傳感器檢測到電機的溫度升高時,單片機會控制繼電器停止工作保證電機不會因為過載運行而導致事故的發生,然后等待相關工作人員的維修和檢查。

ABSTRACT
Wind power, new energy, is now attracted much more attention to people. Especially the consumption of the energy is increasing dramatically in recent years as long as the requirement, and conventional energy can no longer meet the needs of mankind. Wind power began to be of concern. In order to ensure the normal operation of the wind turbine to ensure that people's normal electricity is not affected, the economic interests of businesses from the loss, so this is very important for motor fault detection. In this paper, the design is aim to protect the motor from overheating, the overheating of the motor is a very serious impact on the wind turbine. It will damage the motor insulation, the insulation caught fire causing the motor to fire, even leakage and other consequences. The wind turbine over-temperature protection is the core of the microcontroller. And other several parts of the relays and temperature sensors. When the temperature sensor detects the motor temperature, the microcontroller will control relay to stop working to ensure that the motor will not lead to the occurrence of overload running, and then wait for the maintenance and inspection of the relevant staff.Key words: wind power; overheat protection; microcontroller; fault monitoring
