[摘 要]:COSMIC方法作為當今主流功能規模度量方法之一,在軟件功能點的劃分上更加靈活具體,對軟件內部結構和實現依賴更小,因而該方法在商業應用軟件和實時軟件有極好的適用性。但由于COSMIC度量手冊中僅對功能用戶、功能過程等關鍵因素進行了定義,沒有給出具體的識別方法,加上度量過程中存在較大的主觀性,導致度量結果存在一定的偏差。本文在遵循功能用戶原有定義和規則基礎之上,結合案例分析功能用戶識別過程,提出一種有效的識別方法和步驟。

Abstract:COSMIC method as one of today's mainstream function scale measurement method, On the division of software function point more flexible concrete, To rely on a smaller internal structure and the software realization, So this method in commercial application and implementation of software has excellent applicability. But as a result of COSMIC measures only to the user, the function in the manual process and other key factors are defined, Gave no specific identification method, combined with the larger subjectivity in measurement process, cause there are certain deviation measurement. Based on the following function based on user defined and original rules, The user identification process combining with case analysis, this paper puts forward a kind of effective identification methods and steps.
